Why?

Ever since I was young, math has been my thorn in my flesh. I don't get it. Even simple operations I have trouble remembering. Why is that? Why I am great at some things (sarcasm, history, literature) but when it comes to math, I absolutely stink at it. I want to do well in every aspect of my academic career, but this math deal is hanging me out to dry. Sometimes I wish I were Asian.
